Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for generating leads and driving sales success? Pazo is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a vital role in our North American sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating 15-20 qualified leads and meetings each month through various channels and tools. You will also strategize to target ideal customer profiles and understand prospects' needs, ultimately setting up meetings or calls with the sales team.
Generating 15-20 Qualified Leads/meetings per month for the sales team via leveraging different channels and tools
Strategies for targeting ideal customer profiles & potential prospects through cold email reach outs, Linkedin reach out, attending, Social gatherings & events, and cold calling
Understand the Identify prospect's needs and design appropriate messaging for various channels for our products/service
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the Sales team
Reporting to the manager on the weekly numbers and monthly goals
Own data mining on a regular basis to update the target list & clean up of data
Experience generating Leads via different channels in North America Market
Knowledge of the domestic market. (Retail/FM/Operation background is a plus)
Comes from a B2B SaaS Outreach background
Ability to contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
Skills in identifying prospects' needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
Experience setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
Experience in participating in events ( Virtual/offline) to generate Leads/ Meetings for the sales team.
Strong track record of building and scaling successful sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comes from a B2B SaaS background.
Ability to develop and execute creative and effective sales strategies.
Knowledge of the North American market.
Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed in challenging roles.
